Outside of these times, the gates to the park are closed to car traffic.

Getting here is easy! There is a subway stop (Broad Street Line - NRG Station) just outside our door at Broad and Pattison. There are also a number of bus stops within walking distance of the park.

We encourage park users who are able to bike to reduce their carbon footprint and enjoy the scenic bike ride here! Check out the GoPhillyGo website and app to find the most bike-friendly routes through South Philadelphia.

On the corner of Broad and Pattison Streets (3701 Broad Street), there is an Indego Bike Share station for you to conveniently park your bike! Be sure to download the Indego app for maps, pricing, and availability information.

There are parking lots for car users marked on the map above. Parking lots are open free of charge year-round for all park guests, except in the event of Eagles games at the nearby stadium. During these large games, overflow parking can be found at FDR Park for a fee. Pedestrians and bikers are still welcome to enjoy the park free of charge during these days, but all vehicles will need to pay the fee to utilize the parking lots. The fees collected from overflow parking directly benefit FDR Park by providing funds for programming and supplies!
